About the role:
We are looking for a VP of Sales to lead SplitMetrics' international team and play a key role in driving business growth globally. The team's mission is to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts by taking ownership of overall strategy and performance.
As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision, structure, and overall strategy of the sales function. You will ultimately be accountable for our global sales performance while directly leading the BDR, Account Executive and Sales Enablement teams and managing their project roadmap. We expect you to be a hands-on leader who can execute and drive change. You should have strong commercial and analytical skills, applying a data-driven approach to solving business challenges.
In this role you will:
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute ambitious business plans, establishing strategies for new client acquisition.
Collaborate with the Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities for SplitMetrics to enhance its products and services in line with company strategy and business objectives.
Mentor and coach the sales team, participate in client calls, and execute training initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, continually implementing optimization strategies.
Work closely with the Marketing team to deploy programs and initiatives that help customer-facing teams achieve their targets.
Coordinate with RevOps on all sales operations, including monthly/quarterly planning, OKRs, tools, and CRM management.
Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious goals and maintain high morale.
Guide teams through periods of change, ensuring smooth transitions and continued productivity.
Drive improvements and innovation in sales processes and collaborate with Product and Development teams on product/service enhancements.
Actively coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
6+ years of sales experience, preferably in mobile, digital advertising, SaaS, or other highly competitive industries.
6+ years of leadership and team management experience.
Proven experience in building and scaling successful sales teams in high-growth environments.
Expertise in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring employees.
A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and enablement.
Team player who demonstrates resilience, a positive attitude, persistence, and a strong drive to succeed.
