Spotify is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to manage the end-to-end workflow of baked-in podcast advertising reads across multiple shows. This role serves as the central point of coordination between podcast talent, producers, management teams, and client-facing project management vendors. You will excel at managing multiple deadlines, maintaining clear communication channels, and ensuring smooth delivery of ad reads while adapting to different talent preferences and workflows. Additionally, this role requires hands-on experience with audio and video editing to assist in ad insertion when needed.
The United States base range for this position is $75,737 - $108,196 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
