Deputy Executive Director, The LIBRE Initiative

The LIBRE Initiative (LIBRE) seeks a Deputy Executive Director to lead the operations and execution of our strategies across the country through LIBRE and Americans for Prosperity's capabilities This role reports to the Executive Director and plays a critical part in advancing LIBRE’s mission by overseeing daily operations, driving political and grassroots advocacy initiatives, and managing key organizational functions. 


How You Will Contribute
  • Manage daily operations with clear execution plans, driving performance across capabilities 
  • Act as a key leader in managing workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination 
  • Collaborate with electoral strategy and state operations teams to advance LIBRE Action’s political strategy 
  • Work with strategic communications teams to ensure campaign alignment, execution, and brand integrity 
  • Oversee data tracking and reporting across LIBRE to better inform our strategies and advance LIBRE’s vision 
  • Drive knowledge system improvements and conduct marginal analysis on our initiatives 
  • Partner with AFP State Directors to expand and strengthen LIBRE’s representation in areas of strategic importance 


What You Will Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in strategic operations, political strategy, campaign management, and marketing strategy, particularly with a Hispanic audience 
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with a focus on operational efficiency 
  • Experience in brand marketing, political endorsements, or state-based advocacy preferred 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track progress toward organizational goals 
  • Spanish language skills are preferred
