Stream is looking for a highly motivated and skilled SDR Manager to support our global SDR team. This will be a hybrid role based in our Boulder, Colorado office. Stream is a leader in the “in app chat” & “feeds” features allowing companies to connect with Streams API via SDKs to rapidly build and deploy enterprise grade chat functionality, at much higher speeds and lower overhead cost than building in house.
The SDR Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), driving pipeline generation, and refining outbound sales strategies. This role involves mentoring SDRs, optimizing prospecting efforts, and ensuring the team effectively qualifies and nurtures leads to support the sales pipeline. Your focus will be on scaling outbound efforts, improving conversion rates, and aligning SDR initiatives with overall enterprise growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed their pipeline generation targets.
Organize, refine, and implement efficient sales development processes.
Hold team members accountable for performance metrics and drive consistent results.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Assess and learn new sales and marketing technologies (SFDC, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Gong etc) to streamline workflows and enhance team capabilities.
Work with sales and marketing leadership to align SDR strategy with overall business objectives.
Lead weekly team meetings & call coaching sessions, prioritizing objectives for your team.
Continue to grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new SDRs
Track and communicate weekly goals to team to drive consistent performance week over week
Become an integral part of SDR Sales Leadership at Stream
You have
5 years + experience in managing SDR teams or 3+ years experience selling in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably selling to Enterprise accounts and technical audiences
Adept at assessing and learning new sales and marketing technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Possess an infectious passion for the SDR space and apps
Ability, knowledge, and hunger to step in as player-coach on a daily basis that includes tactical management of reps, outbound calls & shadows, and superior knowledge in SFDC operations
Highly analytical and organized, with a strong ability to leverage data for decision-making
You are a power SFDC user, experience with SalesLoft or Gong is a plus.
Highly self-motivated and results driven.
Familiarity with the API/SDK space is a bonus, but not a necessity

Salary (for Colorado only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location. For Colorado-based candidates, the salary range for this position is an OTE of $130k -150k. Compensation at all other locations will be based on the factors as stated above.
