Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Team in Frankfurt, Berlin oder Köln einen kreativen Senior Concept Manager (m/w/d). Werde Teil unseres Teams und bring Deine Ideen in spannende Projekte ein. 

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du entwickelst innovative Werbekonzepte, die klassische Multiscreen-Vermarktung, Native Advertising, Social Media und DOOH intelligent verbinden
  • Du arbeitest kreativ und strategisch mit Grafik- und Content-Teams zusammen, um aus Ideen ganzheitliche Kampagnen zu formen
  • Du präsentierst Deine Konzepte mit Überzeugungskraft – intern, extern und in Pitches mit Kund:innen
  • Du nutzt Marktforschung und Daten, um strategisch fundierte Kampagnen zu entwickeln und kreative Ideen datenbasiert zu untermauern
  • Du visualisierst komplexe Themen klar und verständlich, sodass sie Kund:innen begeistern und für den Sales-Erfolg sorgen
  • Du berätst den Vertrieb mit überzeugenden Konzepten, Präsentationen und kreativer Unterstützung für Direktkund:innen

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Mediaagentur, bei einem Publisher oder Vermarkter
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Mediaplanungstools, Google Präsentationen, PowerPoint, Photoshop und KI-gestützten Kreativ-Tools
  • Du kennst Dich bestens in Online-Vermarktung, Cross-Channel-Strategien, Native Advertising und Performance-Marketing aus
  • Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit Content-Marketing, Mobile Advertising, Social Media, Influencer-Marketing und Bewegtbildvermarktung 
  • Du bringst idealerweise Branchenwissen in Pharma, Finanzen, Versicherungen, Entertainment/Gaming, Automotive oder LEH mit
  • Du hast ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis für Web-Technologien und digitale Medien
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Kreativität runden Dein Profil ab
