Summer Camp Teacher | Colorado Springs

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a summer teacher for our NAEYC-accredited school in Colorado Springs. Availability to stay on part time or full time when school starts!

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 based on education, experience and Colorado Shines level.

Some tasks:

  • Supervise field trips.
  • Provide a safe and inclusive classroom.
  • Apply knowledge of child development to foster relationships with children and tailor the play-based environment.
  • Adhere to state licensing, health, fire and quality rating procedures
  • Have fun!
  • Early Childhood Lead: level 2 or higher in CO Shines
  • Must be at least 21 years old to drive the 14 passenger bus
  • Temporary position with possibilities of turning into full time or part time position. Job start date begins in May 2025.
