UI/UX Creative Lead

As a UI/UX Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for executing groundbreaking projects for global customers while shaping the creative vision of Superside’s Web Services team. You will have the opportunity to influence design strategies, collaborate and leverage cutting-edge tools to push the boundaries across our core service areas: Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design. 



This role is ideal for a senior-level designer who thrives on solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality experiences for global customers like Meta, Amazon, and Google. 


What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Act as the primary creative point of contact for customers, providing strategic insights, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
  • Review and provide actionable feedback on deliverables, ensuring creative consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Ensure proper scoping, quoting, and planning of projects with resource allocation and timeline management in mind. 
  • Leverage AI-powered workflows and other advanced tools to optimize creative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in pitching and sales conversation providing design and technical expertise to projects and proposals. 
  • Encourage continuous learning through team learning sessions, knowledge sharing, and leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital design, accessibility, and UX/UI best practices, applying these insights to enhance project execution.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to ensure seamless collaboration with development teams.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems and conducting UX/UI audits to evaluate accessibility, responsiveness, and user journeys.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating creative strategies and providing constructive feedback to customers and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to define and implement processes that ensure the highest quality project output while educating customers on UX/UI methodologies.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, generative design tools) to enhance project efficiency and workflows.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or other development processes is essential for the ability to support these processes with our customers.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering user-centered design solutions.
