About Sybill:

B2B AEs are on customer calls for 1.5 hours a day!!! The remainder of their day goes into back-office admin work. We are automating away that work so they can focus on customer relationships and closing deals. 

We don’t just take meeting notes—Sybill automatically creates and manages to-do lists from both calls and emails and then helps auto-execute those tasks using AI. This includes updating CRM, sending follow-up emails, scheduling follow-up meetings, researching information, customizing collaterals (decks, one-pagers, RFPs), and much more. Sybill helps reps to close more while doing less. And we envision that Sybill will enable an AE to close 200% more revenue.

We have raised $15M to make this assistant of the future a reality for AEs. With 750+ happy customers, 70% of our revenue comes from word-of-mouth through our PLG offering.

We have a small and mighty team with some of the sharpest and most driven minds working together. We combine proprietary models and foundational LLMs to power our agentic technology, delivering highly accurate results.

The Opportunity

As our Content Writer, you’ll be the voice of Sybill—translating complex AI and sales concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest narratives that engage and inform our audience. This role is a perfect blend of creativity and strategy, where you’ll craft high-impact content across blogs, LinkedIn, video scripts, and more. You’ll experiment with bold storytelling, refine messaging for maximum clarity, and shape how Sybill communicates with the world. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement. Join us and help define the words that bring Sybill to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, SEO-friendly blogs, LinkedIn content, video scripts, and more that align with Sybill’s brand and thought leadership.

  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces for Sybill’s founders.

  • Research and create engaging, value-driven content for sales professionals.

  • Adapt to Sybill’s tone and ensure clarity, depth, and originality in all content.

  • Work closely with current freelancers to check & edit their content

  • Collaborate with founder's office to support content requirement in their projects.

  • Stay updated on AI trends, sales methodologies, and industry news to create relevant content.

  • Implement basic SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and internal linking.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or AI domains.

  • Exceptional storytelling, research, and writing skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, readable content.

  • Experience ghostwriting for executives or founders is a plus, especially LinkedIn.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.

  • Experience writing LinkedIn content and video scripts is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
