Role Overview
  • Build both internal and external facing tools, to support message and creative generation.
  • Support our growing media monitoring and survey capabilities.
  • Build tools that synthesize our knowledge to develop strategic insights for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and extend the features of our existing products.
  • Work closely with other engineers on staff to engage in the development of unit tests, code review and tool stability.
  • Independently manage tool and feature development, including working with clients and staff to gather feedback.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience utilizing and deploying LLMs.
  • Experience with databases, APIs, and infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • To be explicit, you don’t need a degree to work here. You just need to be good at the things we’re asking from you.
