Description
General Purpose: The Commercial Project Manager is an essential role at Boulder Mills. They will be a part of a team that will deliver projects that are on time and within budget, of outstanding quality. They work with internal and external customers to understand the project goals and needs, build schedules for teams to follow, and perform administrative management of projects. They will oversee the entire life cycle from measure/planning to completion of cabinetry and/or millwork and ensure everything runs smoothly for the project to be successful and satisfy the customer.
Duties/Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Work Locations: Travel to jobsites will be required for cities around Colorado. Around 75% of work duties will be out of the office at job sites.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience: 5 years of direct work experience in a project management or construction management capacity.
Equipment: Computer, Office equipment, Motor Vehicle. Other as may be required.
Physical Activities and Safety: 80% sitting, 20% walking - Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must strictly adhere to company safety policy, including wearing PPE where required.
Driving: Company vehicles are provided on an as need basis for site visits. License must be current and driving record good. MVR will be pulled and reviewed as part of an employment requirement.
