Job Description
Our Graduate Program
Our goal is to build you up for success. Our 2-year Graduate Program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and development opportunities.
You will have the chance to work in a core business unit and explore different areas of our organisation through rotations.
Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to gain experience in another division, enabling you to broaden your understanding of our operations and develop versatile skills.
At the end of the program, you will be seamlessly transitioned into a permanent role at AusNet, aligned with your skills, capability, and chosen career pathway.
About the role
As a Business Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments and contributing to the overall growth and success of Ausnet.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent business graduates to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in their careers.
You will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, participate in cross-functional projects, and contribute to the achievement of key business objectives.
What you will deliver
- Collaborate with different teams to support day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance, marketing, operations, and sales
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in the development of marketing strategies
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and financial analysis
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimisation and efficiency enhancement
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions
- Support the implementation of new business initiatives and monitor their progress
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, providing valuable insights to the team
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
