The Director of Ecommerce will be based in Denver, Colorado and is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance and user experience of Truewerk’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform to drive revenue growth, influence core digital KPIs, acquire new customers, retain customers, and increase customer lifetime value. This person will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and will own the entire site experience in order to create a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience.
In this role, you’ll demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to build partnerships and influence across the organization. You’ll rely on your strong prioritization skills and ability to pivot when necessary to ensure ecommerce goals and deliverables are met effectively, and you’ll bring a results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to achieving business goals and getting things done.
This position reports to the Vice President of Ecommerce, works closely with Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations, and may lead a small group in the future. Our ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, proven leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes in the performance apparel industry.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a hybrid role requiring some time in our office. Candidates should be based near Denver, Colorado and comfortable working from our office as needed.
TRUEWERK is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation through a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses. Other benefits include but are not limited to:
Salary Range: $150,000 - 160,000 base + bonus
