Join UGC Factory, a leader in crafting data-driven, trend-focused content for DTC Brands. We've worked with 100+ clients this year, including brands like Dude Wipes, Viome, Armra, Javy Coffee, and more!

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Strategist. This role starts at $350/project, full time (up to 40hrs/week) with opportunities for bonuses based on client retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop ad content strategies including scripts / angles / hooks / and visual trends leveraging AI and data-backed systems.
  • Lead weekly client kickoff calls to develop a strategy for UGC Campaigns
  • Work closely with team of creators & editors to deliver content based on *your* strategy.
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • MUST have agency experience
  • MUST have scripting + storyboarding experience
  • MUST be active on Social Media (especially Twitter, Instagram & TikTok)
  • Experience with Video Editing, Slack, ClickUp, Airtable & Notion is strongly preferred
