Job Description

Unit4 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to execute marketing tactics and strategies within the North America region. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise in B2B marketing within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Overview:

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing marketing programs that drive demand, enhance brand awareness, and support sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with the regional sales and global marketing teams to execute a variety of marketing campaigns, events, and activities that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the marketing strategy for the North America region, focusing on demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute regional, industry, and executive events, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with a high level of detail.
  • Support the development and execution of account-based marketing programs tailored to specific accounts and target profiles.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives, driving pipeline growth and opportunity creation.
  • Manage external relationships with vendors, venues, and agencies to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and content marketing, that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and account-based marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and experience in supporting sales teams through targeted marketing efforts.
