As the Senior Director of Sales, you’ll report directly to the COO, championing a customer-first ethos that emphasizes collaboration, value creation, and the refinement of scalable processes. You’ll partner with both our marketing team and executive leadership to drive impactful strategies that align with Vidyard’s overall business goals. In this leadership role, your key responsibilities will include managing a high-performing sales team comprising BDRs, SDRs, and Account Executives, who all share a common goal of driving revenue growth. You will own revenue targets, focusing on pipeline generation and fostering customer relationships. You’ll continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies and processes, leveraging data analytics to ensure effective decision-making.
