Recruiting Lead
Vise is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Lead to enhance their recruiting process in a fast-paced tech startup environment, offering competitive salaries and growth opportunities.
Skills
- Experience in a recruiting role, preferably in tech start-up environment
- Proficient with Greenhouse ATS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse
- Take the lead on all open searches and work alongside hiring managers
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process
- Assist in sourcing applicants and resume screening as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
