Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse
- Take the lead on all open searches and work alongside hiring managers
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process
- Assist in sourcing applicants and resume screening as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
