This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 8000000 - Rs 8500000 (ie INR 80-85 LPA)

Min Experience: 10 years

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager to drive the development and execution of high-impact cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you'll partner closely with the leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build innovative, customer-centric products that address evolving security needs across enterprise environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Product Execution:
    Translate short-, medium-, and long-term product vision into clear, actionable outcomes. Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prioritize Strategic Investments:
    Evaluate product opportunities through a lens of impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals. Make informed trade-offs to maximize customer value and product success.
  • Champion Customer-Centricity:
    Conduct deep user research and stay closely connected to customers—including CISOs and security leaders (SOC, IDAM, GRC, etc.)—to understand pain points and design first-principles-based solutions.
  • Drive High-Velocity Development:
    Lead a fast-moving product squad, guiding the team through the development of new security capabilities and identifying emerging market needs.
  • Enable Seamless Technical Collaboration:
    Work closely with engineering to define requirements and build technical integrations with identity platforms, threat intelligence tools, behavior analytics, incident management systems, and access control solutions.
  • Support Sales & GTM Strategies:
    Partner with marketing and sales to articulate product value, support go-to-market initiatives, and engage directly with enterprise customers in pre-sales conversations.

  • Mindset:

  • Technical Expertise:
    Strong foundation in technology, ideally with a background in computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering. Proven experience (10+ years) as a product manager or cybersecurity professional with a focus on technical integrations and product innovation.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, including operations, cloud security, IAM, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and human risk management.
  • Track Record of Excellence:
    Demonstrated excellence across academics, career, or personal achievements. Ideally holds a degree in a technical, analytical, or semi-quantitative discipline.
  • Collaborative & Decisive:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build consensus when needed, but also make decisive calls to maintain momentum. Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and sales teams.
