This role is vital in nurturing and deepening partnerships with small business customers whose annual revenues range from $1 to $25 million. As a Senior Manager, you will diligently onboard and manage an assigned portfolio, driving customer satisfaction and success through tailored financial solutions. Your keen analytical skills will come into play as you assess the financial requirements of your customers, helping them by recommending suitable financial products and services. Building exceptional relationships is key, and you'll need a solid understanding of cash flow and the operating cycles of small businesses to support your clients effectively. Collaborating with internal partners is crucial for resolving moderately complex issues and reaching business objectives. Additionally, you will engage in outreach activities to create new business opportunities and contribute to larger initiatives that enhance customer relationships. This position will involve customer-facing responsibilities and will require you to comply with all Loan Originator (LO) regulations.
