Job Description

Join our dynamic Marketing team at Westgate Resorts as an Office Support Specialist for the Off Property Consultant (OPC) division! In this essential role, you’ll provide administrative and clerical support to the frontline team responsible for promoting Westgate Resorts throughout Central Florida. From processing payments and reconciling invoices to managing spreadsheets and assisting with timekeeping, your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep operations running smoothly. If you have a keen eye for accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Additionally, the person must have basic Excel and Access Knowledge, be focused on accuracy and be able to meet deadlines.  Must also possess and adhere to the following core company values:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Process check payments
  • File and ship POS paperwork
  • Month end spreadsheets
  • Respond to credit card chargebacks/customer refunds
  • Verify data and file invites using ImageQuest
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Assist with timekeeping
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years in similar position

Education & Certifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Word processing and/or data entry skills
  • Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels and/or other basic written materials
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Schedule/Location:

  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 5:30
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in our Windhover corporate office
