Manager Employee Relations

The Mgr Employee Relations & HR Policy is a strategic role responsible for facilitating and leading employee relations matters, ensuring consistency in process, practice, and outcome. This involves interpreting HR Policy for the organization, driving amendments to maintain compliance with legal and organizational requirements.This position requires collaboration with leaders, Legal, HR Business Partners, BERC, and others to tier, prioritize, investigate, and close out cases.
