WinnCompanies is looking for a Occupancy Specialist I to join our team at Shasta Court a 60-unit affordable housing community located in Chowchilla, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the initial, interim and annual tenant recertifications at the property or properties.
Please note that the pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
