Senior Product Manager

About Woflow

Woflow is building the data infrastructure that powers brick-and-mortar commerce. Our embedded and AI-native software helps technology platforms automate how they onboard, manage, and scale restaurant and retail merchants.

We help many of the world’s largest companies streamline their merchant operations by equipping them with powerful onboarding and integration tools—our customers include Uber, Walmart, Square, DoorDash, and more.

Founded in 2018, Woflow is a post-Series A company headquartered in San Francisco, with a fast-growing, globally distributed team spanning 10+ countries. We are passionate about our mission to digitize local commerce worldwide.

A career at Woflow puts you at the forefront of the transformation of physical retail and its convergence with eCommerce. We believe deeply in the digitization of brick-and-mortar commerce and the need for a unified data infrastructure to power its evolution.

About the role

Woflow is hiring a Senior Product Manager. Right now, we’re looking for PMs who are excited about tackling some of the most complex, high-impact challenges in data and AI. If you have experience in any of the following areas—or just a deep curiosity about them—we’d love to chat.

  • Syncing Systems: Brick-and-mortar commerce is full of valuable but fragmented data—catalogs, orders, inventory, and more. At Woflow, we’re fired up over the idea of liberating this data. If you’ve worked on PIMs, POS systems, or marketplace integrations, let’s talk!

  • AI-Powered Experiences: We approach product development by asking what is the best way to solve a problem. Clearly, AI agents should either partially or fully be the form factor. As a result, we’re tackling problems AI hasn’t solved yet, working directly with major players in the space to redefine how merchants interact with data, automation, and decision-making. If you’ve built AI-driven experiences (or want to) and care deeply about solving real, unsolved problems rather than just riding the AI hype train, let’s talk. Fun fact, as a data company, we were building AI-powered solutions before it was cool!

  • Merchant-Facing Products: Historically, Woflow has operated behind the scenes, quietly powering infrastructure for some of the largest global brands. But increasingly, our customers want us front-and-center, directly interfacing with merchants because of how effectively we simplify complex processes. That means we’re now building merchant-facing experiences that streamline fulfillment, orders, and more. If you’ve worked on products in PIMs, POS, marketplaces, merchant platforms, or even in-house for a merchant (e.g. convenience chain, big box retailer)—your experience is exactly what we need to scale these solutions for the broader industry.

Even if these aren't your areas of expertise yet, if you’re an all around powerful product manager who has a track record of delivering really thoughtful, high quality user experiences, we want to talk to you.

Key responsibilities

  • Join our Product org and own the full stack of major products we’re building from scratch or actively scaling to the world’s biggest commerce platforms.

  • Develop deep technical domain expertise—not just in our industry, but in how Woflow’s solutions uniquely solve its toughest challenges.
Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and design solutions that truly serve them. Then, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and customer teams to ship and iterate quickly.

  • Be a force multiplier. The best products come from teams that are fired up, building with purpose, and having a great time doing it. You won’t just be measured by what you ship, but how you ship it—driving energy at every step.

The ideal candidate

Need to haves:

  • Based in San Francisco (our HQ) or New York City (where we’re opening a second office)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Founder or Product Manager, launching clients and designing complex solutions for enterprise customers.

  • Top 1% communication skills—the ability to present, align, sell, and inspire across both internal and external teams.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves. The work can be intense at times, but if you’re motivated by an incredible team culture and meaningful impact, you’ll be part of a group that strives to deliver at the highest level.

Nice to haves:

  • Background in one of the areas mentioned in “About the role”

  • Startup experience, or track record of shipping products 0 → 1

  • Hospitality or retail experience—at the end of the day, our customers customers are restaurants and retail stores, and understanding how their employees use software (from POS to inventory systems) is invaluable

Benefits:

  • Unlimited PTO (we mean it!)

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans

  • STD, LTD, AD&D, and life insurance coverage

  • Free membership to TalkSpace, Teladoc and Health Advocate

  • Free annual membership to One Medical in participating regions

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits

  • Free equipment: laptop and home office stipend
