About Position:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for implementing custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations to enhance system performance and automation. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring best practices in CI/CD, security, and data management. This role is ideal for developers passionate about delivering impactful Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Build scalable automations, workflows, and triggers using declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using MuleSoft, Heroku, or middleware platforms.
  • Optimize data models, security frameworks, and sharing settings to ensure system performance and compliance.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, GitHub, or Jenkins for streamlined deployments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure best practices in governance, scalability, and performance tuning.
  • Provide mentorship and code reviews to junior developers to drive technical excellence.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development on the Force.com platform.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (required)
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Triggers).
  • Strong background in full-stack development, including frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Angular) and backend (Java, .NET, Node.js) technologies.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, Heroku, or middleware tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub/GitLab), and automated deployments.
  • Familiarity with data management, ETL tools (Informatica, dbt), and reporting (Tableau, Einstein Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, RBAC, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
