SEI is bringing a systems engineering approach to the Zoox mobility-as-a-service product. We are systems engineers working directly with other supporting ecosystem teams to develop and mature architectures, validations, tools, and processes inspired by systems engineering best practices.
This role will be responsible for building a list of granular metrics of residual operational risks. They are responsible for coming up with strategies of bringing up operational performance with the ever-increasing target for each Zoox Release, identify roadmaps towards service performance goals and work with a large cross-functional team that operates the increasing fleet size.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $274,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
