Action Property Management seeks a Corporate Staff Accountant to join our team at our corporate office in Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid position.


As a Corporate Staff Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be key in supporting the financial success of our organization.





What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
  • Maintaining general ledger and journal entries to include monitoring accounts for discrepancies
  • Record journal entries
  • Update chart of accounts as needed
  • Reconcile all bank accounts as part of the month end closing process
  • Reconcile and balance accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly
  • Generate and review monthly financial statements 
  • Assist with audit process, budget preparation
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to Association Managers to ensure a clear understanding of financials


Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of general ledger accounting and budgeting experience 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Tables) 
  • Experience with CINC software is a PLUS! 
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed


$25 - $30 an hour
