Partner with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers and Interviewers on various recruitment initiatives
Lead Talent Acquisition coordination and scheduling
Build out best in class talent processes and procedures
Assist with special projects when needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields.
1-3 years experience in Recruitment Coordination
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders.
Project management experience and proven ability to achieve results with limited supervision
Passionate about robotics and autonomy, solving difficult problems, and creating solutions.
Startup experience is a huge plus!
Experience with co-op/intern recruitment cycles
Experience working in a remote environment
