What You’ll Be Doing:

Play a key role in ensuring employees have a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience
Provide ad-hoc IT Support to all of our employees in a primarily Mac based environment
Enforce MFA and best practices in GSuite and other software vendors
Manage equipment budget and streamline equipment policies across the company
Office Network updates, LAN, etc
Automating repetitive tasks
Manage equipment in conference rooms
Manage roles and users for services in a single-sign-on environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience working in IT operations
Hands on experience with SSO, VPN, MDM
Experience leading and managing IT projects and evangelizing IT best practices throughout organizations
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
Willing to work 1 day a week at our HQ in San Francisco
Cross functional team player with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within your company
Ability to deal with ambiguity and a need for little to no guidance
Passion for the outdoors
Humility, empathy and open-mindedness - no egos

Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Services

$105,000 - $160,000 a year

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on various factors such as skills, experience, training and credentials, as well as other business purposes or needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range of their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors and circumstances of each case.
