HR Business Partner (Village Roadshow Greece)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This role will act as a business partner, driving people initiatives, supporting cultural transformation, and ensuring HR processes align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with experience in talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and organizational change.

This role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to draft, own and enhance HR processes, contribute to strategic HR projects, and support leaders in fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.

Job Description 

  • Own and optimize HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives to support a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, helping teams navigate transformation effectively.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including career development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Support employee relations by coaching managers and employees on best practices, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace.
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.
  • Act as a key advisor on workforce trends, engagement insights, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with a proven ability to lead HR initiatives.
  • Experience in culture transformation, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
  • High ethical standards and alignment with the values of Antenna Group.
