About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This role will act as a business partner, driving people initiatives, supporting cultural transformation, and ensuring HR processes align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with experience in talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and organizational change.
This role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to draft, own and enhance HR processes, contribute to strategic HR projects, and support leaders in fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.
