Our CEO, Angus spotted that many vans on the roads are half full or empty at any given time and so AnyVan was born in 2009 to create the world's most efficient technology logistics platform and help halve the number of miles driven.

As an Operations Support Generalist at AnyVan, you'll be the central hub for ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across our Customer, Transport, and Storage teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. From screening job listings and processing invoices to moderating communications and handling after-hours inquiries, you'll be the versatile problem-solver that keeps everything running like clockwork.
With a hybrid work setup, this role offers flexibility to work remotely during early and late shifts, ensuring we provide seamless support around the clock. If you're proactive, adaptable, and have a knack for multitasking, this is the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:
This is a varied and challenging role, with a broad range of responsibilities that will keep you on your toes. While this list covers some of the core tasks, it’s by no means exhaustive—every day will bring new opportunities to support and improve our operations.
Job Listing Specialist: Review and verify job postings for accuracy and compliance, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure job listings are properly routed.
V2 Messages Moderator: Monitor and moderate communications on the AnyVan V2 platform between Transport Partners (TPs) and Customers, ensuring privacy by preventing the sharing of personal details and maintaining appropriate messaging.
Invoice & Admin Coordinator: Manage, organise, and store invoices, occasionally coordinating with Transport Partners to ensure timely payments and validating invoice accuracy.
After-Hours Support Specialist: Handle Freshdesk tickets and WhatsApp messages outside of regular hours to minimise service team backlog and ensure swift issue resolution.
Multitasker: Assist with various tasks and support different teams as needed, helping manage workload spikes and providing additional resources where necessary.haring customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services
What you'll need to succeed:
3 years+ experience in a call centre environment
A minimum speed of 30+ words per minute with high accuracy
Proficient with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services
Comfortable working towards and achieving targets
Able to adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
Super organised with an eye for detail
A proactive attitude and a history of getting things done at a fast pace
Strong communication and active listening skills, both written and spoken (english)
Flexibility to work early and late shifts, including weekends

Some roles are based full time in the office, but where we can, we support hybrid working. All roles are at least 3 days a week in the office and we come together company wide every Thursday.
