Skills: 10+ years of HR experience, strategic leadership, HR functions knowledge, exceptional consulting skills, and proficiency in data-driven HR practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred with significant relevant work experience; proven as a strategic HR leader.
Location: Burlington, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid work schedule available, remote considered within the U.S.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $150,000 - $220,000.
