Aspen Skiing Company owns and operates four mountains—Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk—creating premium, sustainable, and transformative experiences in recreation, culture, and nature. In addition, Aspen Skiing Company runs the award-winning Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School, Four Mountain Sports rental and retail shops, and a collection of sustainably sourced on-mountain food and beverage outlets.
The Vice President of Retail Operations is responsible for the strategy, planning, direction, coordination, and oversight of all retail and rental activities and revenue generation, ensuring development and implementation of engaging consumer experiences and efficient operations and systems to meet current and future needs of Aspen Skiing Company. The role will direct and enhance the current retail experience in addition to growing and implementing industry best practices and driving change. This leader will have the highest level of business acumen and also possess exceptional people leadership and team development within a retail and rental environment.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
