Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen, einschließlich Arbeitsrecht, Personalentwicklung und Konfliktmanagement.
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle, von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.
  • Durchführung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, wie z. B. Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance-Management und Talententwicklung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um eine positive Unternehmenskultur zu fördern.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Vorgaben im Personalbereich
  • Du bereitest die Lohnverrechnung sowie die Mitarbeiterprofile in unserem HRIS (Workday) vor und stellst so ein reibungsloses Onboarding sicher
  • Unterstützung für die Organisation von verschiedener Firmen-Events und Onboarding-Aktivitäten

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist oder in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von HR-Richtlinien und -Prozessen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau oder höher).
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Workday.
