Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. The People Operations Specialist will support the greater People Operations team, optimizing processes that support Ownerâs rapid growth and lays the foundation for the future. This position will closely collaborate with teams across the business to implement best practices and processes for People Operations to drive operational excellence and team member experience across the entire lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
