The salary range for this full-time position ranges from $100,000-$120,000, depending on applicant's level of experience.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for preparing fittings, leading fit sessions, and ensuring product quality meets our high standards. Your expertise in patternmaking and construction will be invaluable as you identify potential issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve any pre-production challenges. You’ll be liaising closely with the Product Development team to manage timelines and make necessary adjustments to ensure our garments are perfect before hitting the production stage. Alongside your hands-on role in fittings, you'll also need strong organizational skills to track workflow effectively across various teams.
