Field Project Foreman: Roofing Division

Join a great company! Our Field Project Foremen complete a variety of jobs such as roofing rebuilds and roofing repairs for Bone Dry customers providing exceptional service. Work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry.




Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work.
  • Help to supervise projects involving subcontractors and be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
  • Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
  • Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
  • Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
  • Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
  • Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, windows, etc.
  • Follow all safety procedures.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
  • Daily travel in the home market
  • Military service is a plus
  • Company truck and fuel provided for work use
