Main objective of the job:     

Lead the activities for assigning freelancers and experts from micro-companies to collaborate with Bosch LegendsLab; 

You will become part of a dynamic global operation with teams in Romania, Germany and the Philippines.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Do hands-on scouting activities for our customer projects;
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract top talent, partners and customers;
• Drive sales initiatives to position Bosch LegendsLab as the go-to platform for innovative R&D projects;
• Negotiate pricing;
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
• Build up and manage a high-performance team.

Your Role:

• Lead the activities for assigning freelancers and experts from micro-companies to collaborate with Bosch LegendsLab.
• Coordinate the scouting activities within the team in Germany, Romania and the Philippines. 
• Do hands-on staffing activities for our customer projects. 
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract top talent, partners and customers. 
• Drive sales initiatives to position Bosch LegendsLab as the go-to platform for innovative R&D projects.
• Negotiate pricing. 
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Build up and manage a high-performance team.
