Boston Children’s Hospital Neighborhood Partnerships (BCHNP) is a school-based behavioral health program. Our purpose is to promote the social, emotional, and behavioral health and well-being of students, caregivers, and staff. For many years, we have collaborated with the Boston Public Schools (BPS) to provide clinical care, consultation, professional development, research, and advocacy. The Training and Access Project (TAP), an initiative within BCHNP, partners with BPS and school communities nation-wide to focus on building capacity to address social-emotional learning and behavioral health through professional development and consultation. In addition, TAP has launched a series of free online trainings about behavioral health in schools.
