Job Summary

Follows specific instructions and perform clerical work using established routines. Applies limited analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties.

Works with all areas of Mail. Incoming, outgoing, sorting, delivering of all campus mail.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answers phones and greets visitors resolve routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines

  • Makes bookkeeping entries and maintains audit trail files

  • Files documents in appropriate folders or performs data entry task

  • Handles correspondence

  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Specific to this Hiring: Seeking a student worker for the Spring semester, starting as soon as possible.

  • Crucial hours needed are:

  • M W F: 12 PM - 2 PM

  • T TH: 8:30 AM - 2 PM Flexibility to accommodate varying student schedules is understood.

  • Must be willing to work Saturday and Holiday mornings. Requires a valid US driver's license.
