We are seeking Operations Support Engineer with extensive experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient operation of complex IT and telecommunications systems. Skilled in monitoring system performance, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Expertise in supporting network infrastructure, managing incidents, and providing high-quality service to internal teams and customers. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of systems and network management, and a proactive approach to ensuring system reliability and performance.

As an Operations Support Engineer at Circet USA, based in the bustling city of Plano, you will be at the heart of our commitment to delivering top-notch network services across North America. Your role will involve providing essential technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of complex IT and telecommunications systems. If you're someone who loves diving into system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing operational efficiency, this position is tailor-made for you! You'll manage customer issues diligently, whether they're highlighted through reports, emails, or phone calls. You’ll be leading the charge during high-severity outages, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining a cool, composed demeanor under pressure. Your proactive approach will shine through as you develop and execute the Method-of-Procedures (MOPs) for complex issues, analyze network events to prevent future problems, and generate customer-specific reports that aid the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in monitoring networks. We welcome those with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least two years of experience in a TAC or Tier 2 support role. Familiarity with 4G and 5G technologies, networking protocols, and UNIX/Linux commands is a definite plus.
