We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst (Instructional Designer) This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.
The Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst (Instructional Designer) consults and collaborates with other Learning Design and Development Senior Analysts, Learning Advisors, Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Trainers, and project teams to design and develop effective and engaging training. The Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst has a growth mindset, is adaptable and curious, and applies adult learning theories and Instructional Design methodology to create interactive training solutions using a variety of learning modalities, (mobile learning, web-based training, social learning, adaptive learning, self-directed learning, virtual and in-class facilitation, job aids and other training materials).
