Position Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team and support performance analysis across all our real estate brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data analysis, storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives, and the ability to generate actionable insights. This role will be instrumental in optimizing website and channel performance, evaluating campaign effectiveness, developing scorecards, and supporting deep-dive analysis for special projects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly brand scorecards to track KPIs, providing performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze website and channel performance metrics across multiple real estate brands to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, including paid, email, social, and SEO efforts, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of special projects and initiatives, delivering comprehensive performance reports.
  • Support team members by conducting deep dives into specific data sets to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging reports for non-technical audiences.
  • Leverage storytelling skills to present data insights in a compelling and impactful manner, driving stakeholder understanding and buy-in.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify industry trends.

  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, Power BI) and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability in data storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, social).
  • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
