GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Communications Supervisor supports internal and external communications initiatives and special projects as a member of DaVita’s labor relations team. The ideal candidate will develop an understanding of DaVita’s business goals, its needs and, from that understanding, create content to solidify DaVita’s position as the provider, partner and employer of choice.
Key duties include: coordinating internal and external content strategy for teammates, patients and physicians, content monitoring and reporting, project management and coordinating/maintaining the integrity of other communications and marketing special projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position may have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Develop a variety of internal and external content, including campaigns, social media posts, thought-leader articles to promote DaVita as an industry leader among key stakeholder groups;
Work with Village leaders to develop effective messaging;
Develop and execute internal communications campaigns;
Work with the creative experts to help develop supporting visual content, review/edit assets and manage the content review process;
Work across the communications and People Services communications team to expand core content and drive coverage of events and activities, leveraging multiple distribution channels to maximize reach;
Coordinate and support communications plans for centers across country;
Administratively manage multiple projects, research and develop communications plans, and track and report results;
Maintain communications analytics and dashboard; perform internal communications monitoring and reporting;
Maintain strong working relationships with teammates across the enterprise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, licenses, certification, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years of communications or related field.
Excellent writing, communications and presentation skills, with the ability to create content for a variety of channels required.
Agency and project management experience preferred.
Experience and understanding of traditional and emerging strategic communications and marketing trends and technologies.
Possess a cultural awareness and ability to tailor communication to culturally diverse audiences.

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00 - $100,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
