This is a non-personal services task order to provide Administrative, Analyst and Advisor Services that shall support the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. The United States Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor personnel, who are the service providers performing the services described herein. Such task order service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

As a Management Analyst V, you'll be an integral part of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, contributing your expertise to enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include preparing and editing essential documents like organizational charts and standard operating procedures, ensuring everything is running smoothly operationally. You’ll play a vital role in meetings by capturing minute details to keep everyone in the loop. Analyzing programs and procedures will be part of your day-to-day, as you'll use your keen judgment to navigate guidelines and protocols effectively. You’ll also coordinate administrative support for conferences, handle FOIA requests, and manage travel logistics for senior officials, all while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Communication is key in this role—you’ll greet guests, manage appointment schedules, and draft critical correspondence. Of course, your role doesn’t end there! You’ll also maintain an organized record system and utilize your Microsoft skills to produce analytical reports and compile performance evaluations. This diverse range of tasks not only keeps your workday interesting but also ensures that you’re continuously challenged to grow. With a minimum of five years of office experience required, your background in office management or business administration will serve you well as you support high-level officials. Coupled with your active Secret Clearance, you’ll demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while displaying exceptional organizational skills.
