Senior Director, Global Total Rewards
The Senior Director, Global Total Rewards is a crucial member of the People leadership team and will report directly to the Chief People Officer. The Total Rewards leader will not only influence and revolutionize the Total Rewards space for Delinea, but be a key partner cross functionally in delivering broader programs such as global workforce strategy, HRIS processes and global recognition programs. This role will lead our global compensation and benefits strategy as well as executive compensation and equity program strategy.
The Senior Director, Global Total Rewards plays a key role in creating a connected experience for all Delinean’s through fair benefits and compensation philosophies. This leader will elevate and connect our rewards programs through planning, designing, implementing, managing and execution of all compensation and benefits programs at Delinea.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and lead the global Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with Delinea’s long-term growth objectives, organization culture and employee value proposition
Design and implement competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally.
Lead design and delivery of global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and employee perks, aligning offerings to Delinea’s commitment to employee well being
Collaborate with Executive leadership and board members to align Total Rewards strategies with business goals and optimize the employee experience.
Oversee all executive compensation programs; recommending and implementing changes that align to market where appropriate.
Oversee the preparation of the annual benefits budget and periodic forecasts.
Prepare and present analyses, materials, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Compensation Committee or the Board of Directors
Create clarity and transparency in the Employee journey by redesigning Delinea's job architecture structure.
What you’ll Need

What you will have
10+ Years of progressive and balanced total rewards experience with at least 5 years leading the full Total Rewards function
Bachelors degree or advanced degree preferred
Relevant certifications such as CCP, CECP or CEBS.
Deep passion for Total Rewards and the impact it has on the employee.
The proven ability to use data to tell stories and bring solutions to life.
Proficiency with Workday HCM
The ability to lead, coach, develop and attract talent.
A strong ability to negotiate and put together benefits programs that exceed the needs of employees
