Our team excels in navigating UC protocols to streamline operations and enhance departmental efficiency. We leverage our expertise in UC systems, workflows, and policies to support the daily activities and strategic objectives of our partner departments.We are currently seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to analyze, implement, and optimize HR processes within Shared Services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, professional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and a dedicated work ethic. Above all, we value a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the UC or HR field.Essential Functions• Coordinate HR functions across Shared Services units.• Collaborate with departments on student recruitment, hiring, and separations.• Assist or coordinate timekeeping and/or payroll processing for organizational units.• Initiate Personnel Change Requests (PCRs) for designated units.• Aid in the implementation of policies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.• Maintain accurate employee records.• Oversee HR Shared Services reporting and data sharing needs.• Perform related duties based on departmental need.
