Assistant Project Manager

Devsinc is seeking an experienced, resourceful, and proactive Assistant Project Manager with strong project management skills to support our President. In this role, you’ll manage diverse projects, ensure operational efficiency, and be a trusted partner in driving company success.



Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with decision-making by preparing reports, gathering information, and managing follow-ups.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and oversee various strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.
  • Operations Support:
    • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including process optimization and resource allocation.
    • Identify and resolve operational challenges with innovative, efficient solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Flexibility in Tasks:
    • Take on ad hoc projects across a variety of functions, such as marketing, sales, product development, or HR.
    • Be prepared to "wear multiple hats" and adapt to shifting priorities in a startup environment.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant or project management role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
    • High level of proficiency in project management tools (preferably ClickUp or similar).
    • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
