With over 30 years of experience in providing top-notch business, technology, and facilities management solutions, we pride ourselves on offering customized services that help our clients reduce operational costs while maximizing productivity. In this role, you’ll oversee the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment on-site at our customer location. Your leadership will guide a talented team of engineering and mechanical professionals as you ensure the accuracy and completeness of all work performed. From performing quality control inspections and monitoring building equipment to managing maintenance requests, your days will be varied and engaging. Additionally, you’ll handle communication with customers, coordinate inspections, and maintain detailed records of service activities. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience in facility management are essential, along with an active Professional or Structural Engineering license for Illinois.
