About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What You’ll Do:
  • Keep a watchful eye on the resort, from public areas to guest accommodations, making sure everything stays safe and secure.
  • Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms to respond to any disturbances or emergencies promptly.
  • Providing assistance and guidance to guests and employees in need of direction or assistance.
  • Conducting routine inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a strong presence in guest areas—because visibility is key to prevention.
  • Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency response personnel to address security-related incidents.
  • Upholding the resort's policies and procedures to maintain a secure and welcoming environment. 


What You Bring:
  • Experience in security, law enforcement, or corrections is preferred.
  • The ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.
  • The flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays—because security never takes a day off.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
  • Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's motor vehicle operating standards. 
  • Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug test.
