As an Instrument Panel (IP) / Console Resident Engineer, you will act as the on-site technical liaison between the supplier and the OEM, ensuring the successful development, integration, and production of instrument panels, center consoles, and related interior trim components. You will be responsible for managing engineering changes, resolving manufacturing and assembly issues, and ensuring quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering is required, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
