HR Controller (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du entwickelst unsere HR-Controlling-Strukturen weiter – von Kennzahlen bis zur strategischen Planung

  • Du erstellst Reports und Analysen zu KPIs wie FTE, Fluktuation, Time-to-Hire & Cost-per-Hire

  • Du planst aktiv mit: Headcounts, Forecasts und Szenarien gemeinsam mit Finance & People

  • Du bereitest Zahlen so auf, dass sie für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verständlich sind

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Recruiting, People Ops & Finance zusammen – als verlässlicher Sparringspartner

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im HR Controlling mit und hast Personalplanung bereits eigenständig verantwortet

  • Du bist stark in Excel (inkl. Pivot & PowerQuery) und idealerweise vertraut mit BI-Tools wie PowerBI

  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für relevante KPIs und deren Wirkung auf Business-Entscheidungen

  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und gleichzeitig pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert

  • Du kannst komplexe Themen klar kommunizieren und bringst dich aktiv in interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit ein
